GENISTOCK is a cloud-based stock management SaaS solution providing inventory control, sales tracking, reporting, and related business management features.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are due annually. The Service is billed in advance and is non-refundable for the unused portion.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

GENISTOCK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. .
