GENISTOCK operates on an annual subscription model. All subscriptions are billed in advance for the full year.

2. Free Trial Period

We offer a 14-day free trial period. No payment is required during the trial. The trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or years of service.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service, we do not offer refunds for annual subscriptions once the subscription period has begun, except as required by law.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical issues preventing service usage that we cannot resolve within 7 days
• Duplicate charges
• Unauthorized charges

3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
